Shane is a 5x founder, entrepreneur and investor. He is the founder of SAAFE.AI, the world's first A.I. fire prediction service, established in 2024 and operating out of Palo Alto, California.

His ventures span technology, entertainment and events, including Visional Events, Hot Topic and Harlequin, where he remains proprietor. Shane leads the vision and strategy of Digital Innovations and Media, bringing digital business and AI transformation to clients on three continents.

Eugene is a 5x founder and entrepreneur with a track record across investment, entertainment and hospitality.

His ventures include Mallorca Investments, Showtime Entertainment and Quinlan's Restaurant Mallorca. As Managing Director, Eugene oversees the commercial direction and day-to-day leadership of Digital Innovations and Media.

Louise holds a Master in Business Management from UCD Smurfit Business School (2016).

As Operations Manager she runs delivery across every project, keeping clients, timelines and teams aligned.

Tred holds a Master's in Government Policy from UCC and a second Master's in Journalism from the University of Southampton.

As Editor in Chief he sets the editorial direction and standards across our network of digital publications.

Outside work, Tred is a keen sailor, plays piano, loves musical theatre and travels internationally whenever he can.
